It is focused on developing fantastic organizations and cultures.
Our OD Practitioner Program is intended to broaden your knowledge and comprehension of OD as a discipline, provide you with opportunities to develop skills and acquire tools that have a practical application, and help you cultivate thinking strategies that will influence the types of tools and approaches you may use in your organization. The interaction between the practitioner and the larger organization and system in OD practice is explored in this course.
